After getting it and doing the first part of the review, I figured you'd wanna know how it is with me in it. The narrow width does make it hard to keep on your shoulder, but the RL quilt hooks I got from Dutchweargear.com helped to keep it from sliding off too much. I'd image if you were much larger than I am the problem might be even greater, as it might not be tall enough to reach your shoulder at all. But as with all our gear, a little DIY engenuity would solve the problem. It is a fairly comfortable quilt I do give it that. And the insulation is pretty substantial for the price. I'll use it tonight with some other gear I'm testing and will do a follow-up video tommorow. Were supposedly going to actually get a little wintery mix overnight so I'm testing a synthetic TQ and the Snugpak bag liner as well. Wish me luck!
