↡ How I made a Pinch Block for climbing training ↡

Like lots of people, I spent this summer looking for ways to keep busy and keep training. That's how I ended up reverse-engineering the Lattice Pinch Block.

I documented my making process - in case you're curious or wanted to how I built my new favourite training tool. It's useful for pinch strength, and no-hang crimp strength - which is a way to strength your fingers without putting too much stress on your shoulders. You can use the Pinch Block to get stronger for climbing.

I made two by hand, so I'm offering a one-of-a-kind Pinch Block to you.
