Great day for railroading! Fred and Holiday 4 Green started the day with some great whistling (not shown here) and then Ernest came with Excursion later on. Holliday, Ward, Ripley and both Holiday 2 Red and 5 Blue are in the roundhouse. That morning I saw the monorail maintenance vehicle passing over the esplanade just before the first train left. Also, since Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is under refurbishment for a month or so, some of the Big Thunder Cast Members are here on the Railroad (trainmen stick together!); so if you see folks you know from BTMR on the DRR, that's why! Also, as you see Ernest pulling away, take a listen to the Dapper Dans singing "This Is Halloween" from Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas; they only just last week returned to their appearances in the park!
