Dipping the Eye - How to Easily Share a Bollard or Post Hassle Free Shared Mooring

Dipping the eye is a great way of sharing the same stanchion or bollard. By using the Dipping the Eye method, means that piles or bollards can be shared and the eye of the ropes of each vessel do not interfere with the other. If one vessel wants to leave, they just need to lift their eye over the bollard or pile and then then drop their eye through the other eyes and that vessel is then released.
