Christmas dipping oil
Serves 8 | Prep 10 mins | Cook 5 mins

2 tbs finely chopped Coles Semi Dried Tomatoes Fresh Basil
2 tbs finely chopped Coles Split Green Olives
2 garlic cloves, peeled. crushed
1 tbs finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 tbs finely chopped Coles Baby Capers
1/3 cup (80ml) Coles Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Coles Bakery By Laurent Ciabatta Loaf, sliced

1. Combine tomato, olive, garlic, parsley, capers and oil in a small serving bowl. Season.
2. Place oil mixture on a serving platter and serve with ciabatta slices
