Why I'm Praising a Creationist Article (For Real This Time)
I know this channel usually leans into critiquing creationism, but today I’m doing something different: I’m offering praise where it’s due. In this episode, I highlight a remarkable article published by Creation Ministries International (CMI) that directly challenges a persistent and problematic set of claims within the young-earth creationist community: the idea that ancient artifacts depict dinosaurs and thereby prove human-dinosaur coexistence.
This article, written by Keaton Halley—a young-earth creationist himself—is refreshingly honest and thoroughly reasoned. It debunks 12 frequently cited artifacts often claimed to show dinosaurs in historical artwork. Even though I disagree with CMI on many fundamental points, I respect their willingness to call out bad arguments from within their own camp.
