Towards the end of the First Gulf War known as Operation Desert Storm in 1991. Iraqi Forces set fire to hundreds of Oil wells and Oil Pools in Kuwait. This would cause huge issues for US and Coalition Forces as they moved through the area. Once the war was over, these Oil Fires would continue to burn for months. In this video, we look at the Oil Fires of Operation Desert Storm.
