This is a 30 minute Realtime drive around Derby, it starts in the Osmaston area and head over to Wyvern Retail Park then back to Derby via the inner ring road.
It’s been about 10 years since I've been to The Wyvern and I couldn't believe how much the roads have changed near there in that time.
Good to see they have now installed traffic lights on exiting the Wyvern Retail Park as I remember it used to be a right pain trying to turn right out of the retail park, often I would
turn left and go around the roundabout near that Premier inn as it was quicker. Although as you can see at 12.30 the timing of the lights isn’t quite right so a lot of traffic seems to build up.
That new industrial park you can see on the right side at 09.35 is Indurent Park, a 67 acre site with lots of businesses on it.
