Got dents from other people opening their door onto yours? Annoying isn't it? You want to put on some protection but not spend a fortune, then this video is for you. About £11 for the strips plus £1 on meths (alcohol) for cleaning the surface, about half an hour and job done!

(Update: The adhesive foam that is part of it may have a few weak spots I found, so replace those stretches with this better double sided adhesive tape. You could replace all of it for peace of mind, with this stuff:
