Continuing their time spent in Castle Town, Ralsei leads Kris and Susie to a surprise in their rooms. They've both been connected to one another for a surprise tea party. During this, Susie and Ralsei discuss how much they've changed since the very first adventure with the Dark Worlds, with Susie opening up and being herself more, and Ralsei even becoming less 'stuck up' as Susie puts it. After this, the group explores some more rooms that have changed since the last time they were there, with Lancer leading a crew of Darkners to make what looks like an enclosure for certain townsfolk. Upstairs, Queen and Tenna have also been given new rooms, with Rouxls Kaard disguising himself as a lamp in a desperate bid to impress them both... Then, Susie spots a single green door ahead of a blockade-esque line. She barges in and finds that the inside is quite empty, save for a single window... Ralsei explains that since he was made to make Kris and Susie happy, he felt that there was no real reason that he should have anything as well... But Susie isn't having it and says that she and Kris will look for things to fill it up with during any new adventures. After this, the group visits the prison, where Lancer introduces Tenna to his father, the Spade King, and they watch him attempt to provide entertainment. When he leaves, King is quite shocked to hear that the Lightners have not only met the Knight but survived to tell the tale. He then reveals that it was Jevil who told him about the Knight, the Dark Fountains, and his rise to power, and mentions Seam, who was tasked with sealing him away... This detail prompts the group to pay them a visit and show off both the Shadow Crystal retrieved from the battle, as well as the Shadow Mantle that was recovered from the Original Game.
