Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 large onion cut in 1/2 inch slices
1 4oz. can sliced mushrooms/reserve liquid
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 cups cooked rice.
In large skillet brown meat in the oil over medium heat.
Add ouns and sauté until tender
Blend in the mushroom liquid and the garlic
Add mushrooms and mix well.
Cover and reduce heat and simmer 45-60 minutes until desired tenderness
Serve over rice. (I used mashed potatoes)
