Former Denver Broncos offensive lineman Louis Vasquez performs weighted walking intervals with the safety bar. Each rep was 30 yards total (15 yards down and back) with 20-30 seconds rest in between using 75-80% of his body weight (since he's over 300lbs.) For smaller athletes, load the bar with weight equivalent to their bodyweight. Walking forward was alternated with sideways on each set until 5 trips of each were complete.
