David Ko has served as CEO of Calm, the #1 app for sleep, meditation, and mindfulness since 2022. He shares his story and the stories of other leaders and experts in various industries through his bestselling book and podcast, Recharge. He is passionate about making mental healthcare accessible to all.

David has made a career of building businesses, starting his journey in banking, then moving to the business side as a young executive at Yahoo!. He took Zynga public as COO, led as President and COO at Rally Health when it was acquired by UnitedHealthcare, and co-founded Ripple Health Group, which was acquired by Calm to build out its mental health capabilities.

In a fireside chat format, David will discuss career journey, insights included in his book Recharge, his leadership in the mental health space, and the broad impact of Calm’s mission to mindfulness. The session will conclude with an audience Q&A session.
