Cynt Marshall was the first Black woman to serve as CEO of an NBA team – the Dallas Mavericks – making the team the standard for inclusion and diversity. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Chief Diversity Officer at AT&T, she led equity and inclusion initiatives that helped the company land a spot on Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work for List”. Cynt also founded Marshalling Resources, a consulting firm that specializes in leadership development, culture change, and DEI strategies.
