R0bd0g noticed that iateyourpie somehow set the silver rupee room as completed in a randomizer without doing it. He guessed it was due to opening the chest after killing the redeads, but I looked into it and it turns out that that killing either redead in a certain room then allowing its dead body to disappear sets the same switch flag as the silver rupees in the spinning blade room, causing it to be solved.
At 0:00, you can see the silver rupees are there, but when I allow the dead redead to despawn and come back to that room at 1:58, the rupees are gone and the gate is open.
