What happens when you dumpster dive through your scrap papers and come up with patterned papers that aren’t Christmas themed? You get a Christmas themed layout, obvi. 😁 In this video, I created a TN layout- double page TN- using a healthy mix of holiday themed papers and general, everyday papers. In the end, it turned out rather charming, in my opinion.

The white cardstock base measures 4.25x8.25 inches; once the striped patterned paper layer was attached, a gutter measuring 0.5 inches was created, allowing for holes to be punched for going inside my DD album without compromising the integrity of the layout (meaning the pretty parts).

This layout was made using my Cricut quite extensively, so it’s a hybrid layout. Page 1 (left page) is just photos- two of them, measuring 3x4 inches each- and page 2 was reserved for the title, embellishing and journaling. All this was done in Cricut DS. I’m super proud of how this layout turned out- and, that striped patterned paper is everything 😍 (It’s from Photoplay, and I wish it was available in bulk). Let’s just say I’ve been savouring it lol.
