The Daytripper is taking over Karbach Brewing for the month of August. I brewed a beer, designed a pizza, and crafted the most insane Tex-Mex Burger ever. You can only get them on site at the brewery, so better get there before the month is over.
A little bit about each one:
-The beer is called Chetzch Tripper Pilsner and it's a take on the classic Czech pilsner style. Merging the great traditions of Texas with our long-standing Czech heritage.
-The pizza is the Texas Trinity Pizza with all three meats from a classic barbecue tray. Smoked brisket, craft sausage, and pork ribs. It's so good.
-Finally. the Chet-Mex Enchilada Burger. It's like a delicious burger wrapped around the gooey filling of a cheese enchilada. Topped with pico de gallo and Flamin' Hot Cheetos. It's amazing. I'm so blessed
