Sonora sits at the halfway point between the Atlantic and Pacific coasts, and most people speed right through it on I-10 without a second thought. Honeybee Cafe is the reason you should hit the brakes.

This little coffee shop on Main Street serves up freshly ground coffee, protein smoothies, and pastries alongside a genuinely warm West Texas welcome. Order the honey rose iced latte if you want the local favorite, and grab a panini or the club sandwich on croissant if you're in the mood for something more than caffeine.
