My Sourdough Recipe:

White Bread Recipe (from @a_heidimarie on IG):
1 cup sugar
1 T salt
3 T yeast
1/2 cup instant potato flakes
1/2 cup avocado oil
4 cups warm water
Combine in mixing bowl and let set for 10 mins until the yeast blooms.
Then add:
11 cups flour
and let mixer run for 8 mins.
Place dough in a large greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until double in size.
Divide dough into 5 loaves, shape, and place in greased loaf pans.
Cover, and let rise again.
Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until golden.
