Today's journaling prompts:

Choose your emotion on the Valence-Arousal Model.
Describe what is coming up for you around your current emotional state.
Draw seven circles side by side to represent the seven Valence-Arousal Models for each day of journaling starting from day one through day seven.
Go back to day one and mark your previously recorded emotional state on the first circle and then do the same for the remaining six days.
Connect the dots representing your emotional state on each valence-arousal model to represent your emotional variability.
Mark each inflection point.
Recall if there were any specific events that occurred around the inflection in your emotional state.
Were you aware of the inflection in your emotional state? If yes, how so? If not, what was the cause of your unawareness?
What did these inflections in your emotional state teach you? Describe it from a mental, emotional, and physical (body sensations and/or behavior) perspective

Leave any questions, concerns, or curiosities that may come up for you during this process.

See you tomorrow at the same time and same place.

Carl :)
