In this 10-minute guided session we explore the concept of non-self meditation.
We discuss the nature of consciousness as we systematically deconstruct the self, moving from narrative self to minimal self and finally to pure awareness.
This practice, supported by scientific research, offers profound insights into the fluidity of self and the essence of our experience.

![Day 5: Guided Forgiveness Meditation - 10 Minutes | 30 Days of Meditation, Science & Bliss
This powerful guided forgiveness meditation is based on a traditional Hawaiian practice called hooponopono (to make things right). This practice is about forgiveness and reconciliation and involves expressing remorse, gratitude, love, and asking for forgiveness.
This meditation introduces a scientifically-validated forgiveness practice that helps release past grudges and cultivate self-forgiveness.
The technique involves using gentle phrases like I forgive myself for not being perfect while maintaining an intention to forgive, indicated by a physical feeling similar to loving-kindness.
The practice emphasizes that forgiveness is for ones own well-being rather than condoning others actions, and can be applied gradually starting with smaller issues before addressing deeper wounds.

![Day 3: Guided Metta Meditation (Loving-Kindness) | 30 Days of Meditation, Science & Bliss
In day 3 of the course, youll be led through a 10-minute guided metta meditation. Metta, or as we like to call it, good vibes, is one of the most powerful methods of meditation and can have quick results.
Learn how to cultivate metta (loving-kindness) through this meditation that begins with relaxation and a gentle smile, then guides you to generate warm feelings of unconditional love typically felt in the chest area.
Research shows even brief practice (7 minutes) can boost positive feelings and social connectedness, while longer practice can alter neural pathways associated with joy.
The technique progresses from directing love toward yourself to gradually expanding it to all beings, ultimately creating a radiating field of loving awareness.
