Research shows our conscious experience occurs about 0.2 seconds after actual stimuli, with our attention constantly scanning for threats and opportunities.
Understanding this natural tendency toward craving and prediction allows us to work with our minds more effectively by recognizing and releasing tension patterns, helping us develop a more present-centered awareness.
