Dawn is an 3D platforming game created by Cohort 25 team Brave Rabbit Games as part of SMU Guildhall’s team game project (TGP) curriculum. Development took place over the course of roughly five months, with each member working 21 manhours per week. The purpose of this project is to give Guildhall students experience in large-team environments with the ultimate goal of publishing their game on Steam Greenlight.
In Dawn, players guide a druidic creature named Ash through a beautiful environment to bring life and light back to a dead tree at the center of the world. Players must use Ash’s power to grow plants and activate objects to create paths through the environment. The world of Dawn is filled with hidden flowers off the beaten path – collect them all to unlock a secret!
