In Flash Or Die the main playable character is a shepherd equipped with a flashlight. At the beginning of the game the shepherd’s flock is stolen by evil vampires from a neighboring castle. Players must embark on a quest to rescue their sheep from within the dangerous castle. The player’s main weapon is a flashlight with a limited battery life, players must manage their in-game resources in order to survive and fight back against the enemies. There are also many kinds of traps and contraptions within the castle itself the vampires have placed.
This student-made game was created in Fall 2021 by students in Cohort 31, as part of SMU Guildhall's Team Game Production I curriculum.
