Dee Harley of Harley Farms in Pescardero makes incredible seasonal goat cheeses. These amazing cheeses come from the cutest goats that Chefs David Kinch (of Manresa) and Carlo Mirarchi (of Roberta's and Blanca in Brooklyn) have the pleasure of feeding. Watch as these "city boys" have their try at farm life. Spoiler: it's short lived.
