Damned and forgotten is a ,,damage-stress" team, here are roles of characters:
1st: Crusader (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
2nd: Highwayman (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
3rd: Grave robber (dodge trinket + stress trinket) - stress dealer
4th: Plague doctor (accuracy trinket + stress trinket) - stress dealer
PROS:
1) Great damage output
2) Great stress output
3) Great DoT output
4) Great healing potential
5) 2 disruptors
6) 2 deathblowers
CONS:
1) Marks are a menace
2) Stuns are a menace
3) Stress is a menace
Damned and forgotten is a damage team with great strenght of stress and DoT. All characters can make AoE damage, next you have 2 healers, 2 disruptors and 2 deathblowers. Sadly this team is vulnerable against mark and stress teams.
I tried to play a few strategies, like „the finishers“, „full stress“, „support Crusader“ and „mix damage + DoT“. I tried both variantions of Highwayman (bandit / gunslinger), the bandit version is much better choice. Also Grave robber (pure damage / DoT stresser), it’s better to stick with DoT variantion. And lastly Plague doctor (stress / DoT), both variantions are good.
My advice: Start with Highwayman for opening the riposte, next use Crusader for stunning someone, then Grave robber for applying DoT and lastly Plague doctor for stressing someone.
Now this team… They don't have much to offer, but you have some advantages, in 2 deathblowers and AoE damage. I was suprised, that I won few matches against harder opponents, but I lost 2x against apprentice players with LAME based teams [shepARB’s stress, The Darkest Mark], and 1x against darkest player with a stress team. You can make some pressure to the opponent, but you must be still agressive. If you switch to defensive strategy, you will lose. Playing this was mid, even with victories against harder opponents.
