The most common repair work needed to restore air pressure - 2nd to changing the SAE 113 rings inside the tube - is replacing the SAE 012 ring on valve bottom
Please know that you are best off with Daisy OEM seal kit for the 012 than many substitutes at the store.
MANY ARE TOO THIN.
Only the Danco versions, #7, are a good stand in and slightly better QC than Daisy rings. Other brands would need TWO 012s stacked to fix valve seal.
At big box store the Danco rings can be bought in small boxes of 10 for $3.
Pumps tube rings are #11.
