There are countless routines and rituals that I lean on to live a more creative and connected life. In this video I share what these things are, from cultivating a sanctuary where you prioritise presence and attention to beauty, to spending time connecting with the natural world, letting your body flow to the rhythm of sound or simply being present whilst you eat. As creative souls, the structure that routine provides is an important aspect of the creative process as it courses the flow of our intuitive, free flowing creative energy and turns making art into a daily practice. It is important to remind ourselves that productive moments are not just the ones when we are producing work but also the moments we spend in preparation. Priming ourselves to receive ideas and inspiration and creating a bountiful inner garden. I hope you enjoy this video. Sending my love, Cam x
