There's something about 2026 that feels different - the year of the fire horse.
Change has been intense, moving fast with no remorse. An unbroken sentence — constant and continuous. And then- and then- and then. I have been swimming in deep water without coming up for air, but I have found courage in depths where I once felt fear. And now, I am equalising. Rising to the surface through shards of light. Changed by what I have found in the depths.
Days at home in Byron Bay have been feeling so healing lately. I have been reflecting a lot on the slow journey of becoming and the beauty of witnessing yourself evolve over time, slowly healing generational wounds and feeling courage and love grow inside of you. The little things at home have felt extra sweet— the birdsong and morning sunshine— the fresh fruit, ocean swims and river dips. There is a sense of nostalgia that settles into these moments as I will soon be spreading my wings and flying into a new chapter of life in London— however leaving Byron this time feels more complete, more whole. It is as if I am closing the pages of this book and opening something new. I have been closing loops and returning to gather pieces of myself that I have left scattered and wounded in the past. I hope part of this glimpse into my journey resonates with you or sparks inspiration in some way. Sending my love,
Cam x
