I've been savouring these Summer days in London, finding beauty and nostalgia in the simple moments. My senses feel open and alive this Summer and I'm intentionally taking the time to notice more deeply and relish in the sweetness of everyday moments like the way the sunlight pours into my room as I move through my morning routine. Or the way my body feels like a flag of freedom undulating in the wind as I sink into music and dance. Or how baking with a friend can bring forth tender childhood memories and make nostalgia well in my eyes. Everything feels rich. I find beauty in a bowl of oats, in a sky covered in grey, in sitting outside and watching people live life. I hope this video reminds you that beauty lays inside of you and all around you, every day of your life. I hope it encourages you to slow down and refine your heart so you can see that beauty. It's there, glimmering. Waiting for us all to notice.
