I'm not sure exactly what it is about Daily Bread's music that I always find myself writing about his music on day's of important life events, but alas, here we are again.
Three years ago today was the single greatest day of my life. It was the day that I somehow managed to convince my wife Kira Moler to marry me. We tied the knot in San Jose del Cabo in front of our favorite 80 people and the evening commenced with our entire wedding party jumping into the pool to partake in a two hour pool rave. It was the definition of epic. So this one is for you babe, thanks for being the greatest life partner an old goat could ask for. "You got the kind of love that makes me believe in myself. You got the kind of love that makes me have confidence in myself."
Prior to today, a Rhett Whatley production ("The Greatest Comeback") served as the perfect soundtrack on the day that one of my best buds got married. And before that, he scored a sentimental trip down memory lane. What is this trend all about? Perhaps it's because he's from my hometown Atlanta, so we share that A-town Down DNA. Or maybe it's because like me, the kid seems like a real grinder, busting out dope jams left and right. Whatever it is, his music fires me up and inspires me. It helps me break through the mental fog and helps me remember, that life is fucking supreme.
