The next step in reinforcing the wheel dolly was cutting the first piece of 1/4" steel plate to size. With the guide rail set, I used the FEIN F-IRON Cut 57 AS Metal Circular Saw to make a clean, straight cut. This piece will eventually be drilled and bolted across the caster mounting area to help keep the dolly from bending under load.
