I love a good currywurst when I am in Germany! So these little snacks are just perfect for me and anyone else who loves currywurst :-D

28 snacks
You will need:
1 sheet of puff pastry
4-5 frankfurter sausages - not the sausages you buy in a glass!(cut in 2 cm pieces)
Lightly whisked egg
Curry powder
Sesame seeds

Ketchup mixed with curry powder

Bake the snacks at 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F convection for 18-20 minutes.
