If you go with a $20 scope, just make sure to know the hardsight accuracy. The Silver Points can deliver easy 1 1/2 accuracy at 12 meters. 7 pumps.
If your choice of scope does WORSE than hard sights, check your mounts. Remember to keep your hand off the scope while pumping. If the erratic hits keep on, you need to invest in a better scope.
