I literally dumped this all into the microwave pressure cooker with less than 10 minutes to spare! We were running late to get ready for church and knowing we'd be hungry afterward, I just pulled the pressure cooker out and grabbed things in the pantry and freezer.
I've not made this exact concoction before but here's to trial and error with you all again!
It's been 5 MONTHS since I did live streams on a regular basis and all my previous rules for Emily flew out the window. When I'm on a tangent trying to educate you all about how the products work, her interjecting is NOT ok. I feel like I'm starting all over again with the live videos and the kids up my boohole! So thank you for bearing with me.
Cream of Mushroom with Pasta in 25 minutes
1 lb box of bowtie pasta
2 - 10.5 oz cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup
3-4 cans of water
1/4 onion, diced
2 - 3 teaspoons of Trader Joe's Umami seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb browned ground beef, drained of fat
8 oz button mushrooms, sliced
Dump pasta into the pressure cooker. Pour cream of mushroom soup and water over it. Make sure you do not exceed the max fill line of liquid. Cover with diced onions and seasonings. Place frozen block of ground beef on top. Cover and cook 25 minutes. Wait 10 minutes to depressurize. Open, stir, enjoy!
If you are using thawed raw meat, blend that in with the pasta and liquid and cook for 15-20 minutes. I used frozen meat and frozen onions I had in my freezer.
Cook times will vary based on microwave wattage. I use a 1,000 watt microwave.
