The Microwave Pressure cooker is $149. You can get it for $15 when you join my Tupperware team by Friday, Nov 9. PM for more info.

2 lbs of pork ribs. Sweet and sour style cut. You could do this using pork butt or pork chops
1 can tomato sauce
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/2-1 cup water
2-3 teaspoons Anto's Local Spice Garlic Seasoning
1 purple onion, chopped in thick slices
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 head cabbage cut in large chunks

Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker. Add enough water to come halfway up to the meat. Don't put too much if you want a stew like consistency.

Cover and cook for 30 minutes. If you're using a softer cut of meat like pork chops, 15-20 minutes will be sufficient. Allow it to depressurize. Mix and enjoy.

**Cook times will vary based on microwave wattage. I use a 1,100 watt microwave.**
