Ingredients - Makes about 25 cookies

120g unsalted butter, softened
60g cream cheese, softened
140g light brown sugar, packed
50g granulated sugar
1 large egg
10ml vanilla extract
300g self raising or all-purpose flour
10g cornstarch
5g baking soda
Pinch of salt
200g of Milk Chocolate Chips
