Returned to Amazon for a refund.
Too many issues with it.
Connections issues to the printer, Creality know about it and expect us all to purchase a new, as yet unavailable, cable to make it reliable.
This is not suitable for the casual user.
For those who wish to delve deep into Klipper etc it may be beneficial as it would be to those who require faster printing. But the connection reliability is a concern currently.
Looks good, nice weight to it. Screen appears to be excellent.
First firmware update failed but was successful the second time.
I am hoping this will be more reliable that the CR10 Smart Pro display that constantly freezes. I can usually regain control, by using the Creality app, but that is far from ideal.
I am going to have to look at the chip number on the printers board and that means removing the bottom cover again.
Firmware can be updated via the USB port if required.

An ever increasing range of 3D printers are compatible with the Sonic Pad.
Around £160 but is only £145 the day after I paid £160 Grrrr.
