This Bose Soundlink 3 is a lttle too smart for its own good.
A Battery Protection system activates if the unit is unused for 24 days.
To get out of that mode simply plug the unit in to the mains.
My unit has been unused for two years or more in a workshop that experiences -10 to +40 Degs C so I expected a failed battery.
Available from Amazon but not required this time.
I wonder how many batteries have been changed without doing this first?
And this tip could also apply to many items like laptops etc.
