In this video I will walk you through the set up of the Creality K1 high speed 3D printer including a slicer profile for PrusaSlicer. This printer requires very little in terms of assembly but I will show you how to get started with the K1 and share with you what I was able to achieve in terms of print quality.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Creality K1 now that they have seemingly worked out most of the issues from the initial launch of this new model. At this point I have quite a few printers from doing various reviews and the K1 is one of my choice machines as of late since the quality of prints is excellent and I have had no major issues with it. I am able to slice and print without having to worry about failed prints.
I would also recommend this printer to anyone looking for a "out-of-the-box" solution for general use. In the future I will experiment with more exotic materials and put the enclosure to use for printing ABS. You can be up and running in next to no time with this guide and you won't need a deep understanding of Klipper or compiling firmware which is convenient.
However, as I mention in the video - you will still need a baseline understanding of 3D printing since you will be responsible for slicing your own gcode files and you will have to understand the slicer settings. This is where some learning curve still remains for 3D printing and it's not entirely beginner friendly. From what I can see this is common for most - if not all - 3D printers on the market today.
