CRAZIEST CFL ENDING EVER 🤯

With the game tied 30-30 and only nine seconds remaining, Montreal kicker Damon Duval lined up for a 37-yard game-winning field goal. In the CFL, even if a field goal is missed, the kicking team can still score a single point (a rouge) if the ball goes out the back or sides of the end zone, or if the kicking team tackles the returner inside the end zone. To prevent Montreal from scoring a walk-off rouge, Toronto positioned their punter, Noel Prefontaine, and receiver, Mike Bradwell, deep in the end zone to kick a missed ball back out into the field of play.

Duval missed the field goal wide right. The ball bounced into the Toronto end zone. Before Montreal players could surround him, Toronto's Mike Bradwell gathered the ball and punted it back out of the end zone. The ball flew directly toward Duval at the 20-yard line. Realizing the clock was at zero and the game would go to overtime if Toronto downed it, Duval instantly punted the ball back into the end zone. Toronto's Noel Prefontaine scrambled to punt the ball out of the end zone a second time, but he couldn't get a clean boot on it under heavy pressure.
