INGREDIENTS:
250 g Soft Cheese
50 g Cranberries
50 g Pistachio Nuts
Crackers or Bread
Chutney
STEP 1: CHOP INGREDIENTS
Finely chop your pistachios and cranberries and pour into a plate. Mix to combine.
STEP 2: ROLL INTO BALLS
Cut your goats cheese into even wedges and roll into balls. Roll each ball in the pistachios and cranberries. Continue until all the balls are covered.
STEP 3: FINISH AND SERVE
Serve with crackers and chutney or your choice.
