Recipe by Mary Palac at Paper Plane in San Jose, CA.
1.5 oz (45 ml) Aged Jamaican Rum
.50 oz (15 ml) Cynar
.50 oz (15 ml) Oloroso Sherry
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Allspice Dram
2 drops saline solution
Stir and strain into cocktail glass
Garnish w/grated nutmeg
Enjoy responsibly!
