Camping in the countryside of Japan is simple and beautiful and in this video we share with you where and how we camped in Chichibu, Saitama. If you are traveling by tent or campervan in Japan you will definitely see some amazing countryside and will be able to take advantage of the many onsen's around the country!

We got to eat the famous kakigouri or shaved ice in Chichibu, and hiked up Hodo mountain. We spent the evenings relaxing at the Matsuri No Yu onsen, and spent our nights camping in a tent at the beautiful Hashitachikawa campsite.
