This is how we beat the summer heat, by escaping the sweltering city, going to the countryside and enjoying swimming & stand up paddle boarding on arguably one of Japan's bluest & most amazing rivers! We also wanted to go back and check in on Sekizenkan, the place that inspired the bathhouse in Spirited Away to see what it looks like in summer. In Roy's opinion, nothing beats the vibrant green nature that you get in the Japanese summer.
