KULT News aimed a camera at a bank in Huber Heights, OH which resulted in no less than THREE calls to 9-1-1.
The first responding officer used to be a Chief of Police until he got fired “for cause” after violating a man’s rights. Did he learn from his past mistakes or would he act a fool and cost ANOTHER town thousands of dollars?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
