Pros
- Ready to fly 375mm wingspan airplane with all needed equipment. You just provide 4 AA batteries for the transmitter.
- Three channel aircraft with control of throttle, and elevon control of ailerons and elevators. No rudder control.
- Weigh 129 grams with installed battery. Does not require registration or remote ID (RID) in most countries)
- Bright LEDs
- Powered by brushless motor for power and durability.
- Constructed of crash resistant EPP foam.
- Powered by 7.4V 700mah LiPo HV battery which provides up to 20 minutes of flight time (I got close to 18 minutes).
- Fully stabilized in 6D mode allowing even beginner fliers to easily take to the air. But also has 3D mode without angle restrictions for aerobatic flying.
- Includes an inverted flight button that allows upside down stabilized flight.
- Strong transmitter with control range up to 300 meters.
- Can be flown with multi-protocol transmitters using MT99XX H7 protocol.
Cons
- The brushless motor's electronic speed controller (ESC) can overheat on this plane. Following my 17 minute flight, I attempted to immediately do a follow on flight to demonstrate flying with a multi-protocol transmitter. However, after plugging in a new battery, the ESC beeped non-stop. It would not allow me to arm the motor. 20 minutes later after I got home I tried again. The beeping had stopped, and the motor would now arm. This suggested that the ESC had cooled sufficiently in the time it took me to get home.
- The plane is advertised as a four channel aircraft. But there is no rudder control on this elevon aircraft.
