This large 4WD car is fun to drive, and would be great for beginner RC car enthusiasts. It can be found here bit.ly/F20_car
Pros
- Large 1/12 scale RC car.
- Four wheel drive. Works great on grass, asphalt, and even dirt.
- Oil pressure shocks on all four wheels.
- Metal reinforced skid plate, and front metal universal joints should help make this car crash resistant.
- Metal reduction gears to help improve durability of the gearbox.
- Common 390 brushed motor. It shouldn't be hard to find replacement motors.
- Uses common 2S 11.1V 1600mah battery with Deans connector. It should be easy to find spare batteries. Also, the battery compartment is roomy, and can accommodate larger 2S batteries if desired.
Cons
- Wording on the box infer that this is a waterproof car. But this car is not waterproof, as all essential components are exposed. I think they were planning to include a water resistant case, but that feature never made it to the final production design.
