Web visitors often find your site—and your solutions—by doing a search on their problems, pains, or challenges.
Does your B2B website address those specific concerns?
Conversion optimization specialist Talia Wolf says that if you want to increase conversions, don’t start by testing new button colors. Instead, update your messaging.

Hi, I'm Talia Wolf, and I'm a conversion optimization specialist.
If you are struggling to get the conversions you need from your landing pages, you may be making a mistake with the content you're providing. Before you change random buttons and elements on the page, look at what people are using to land on your page: their search terms.
Search isn't clinical. It isn't technical. Your prospects are actually typing in their pains, their challenges, and their concerns into Google to land on your landing page. They're saying what they care about, what they don't care about, what's annoying them, what they're trying to get rid of.
Once you actually look at Google Search Console and see the terms that people are using, you can scan your landing pages and see if you are answering those questions. Are you even talking about things they care about?
This is a quick tip that can really easily increase your conversions.

![The Funny Side Of Marketing: Avoiding the Customer Journey to Nowhere with Tom Fishburne
]Are you stuck trying to optimize your funnel—perhaps with AI tools—and unable to see the bigger picture of what your customers really need?
Tom Fishburne sees this all too frequently in B2B marketing.
And in his 2024 keynote at B2B Forum, he illustrates his perspective with a humorous series of his Marketoonist comic strips.
But don’t let the humor fool you!
Tom’s got a great point on how marketers fail to see the person on the other end of our marketing.
B2B Forum returns to Boston next November. You’re invited to join the fun and inspirational crowd of B2B marketers for an unforgettable experience! Now’s a great time to check your calendar, because tickets are currently up to 40% off—and prices will rise as the event gets closer. Click here for more details, and we’ll see you there!
