Dark License to Kill Enemy Rockets (DLTK ER) is a challenge in GoldenEye. As in regular DLTK, you maximize the enemy statistics in 007 mode:
Enemy health: 1000%
Enemy damage: 1000%
Enemy accuracy: 100%
Enemy reaction speed: 100%
In addition, you turn on the Enemy Rockets cheat (ER). Although ER typically makes levels harder on the normal difficulties, it tends to make DLTK easier. The enemies' rockets are much easier to dodge than bullets, you can survive multiple hits (as long as you're not near the center of the explosion), you can blow up enemies in one hit (as long as they don't have body armor), and you can blow them up without being able to see them. I would say that every level except Jungle is easier on DLTK ER than on DLTK, but the mode presents some interesting challenges different from the ones in DLTK, so I found it worth playing.
For a list of my DLTK ER runs, see my times page on The Elite:

I wrote some notes about individual levels in the descriptions of some of the videos.
I was looking forward to playing this level since it gave me a chance to try protecting Natalya with my "crowded corner" strategy, which I came up with and utilized to beat Control DLTK Fast Animation. See the description of that video for more information on the strategy:

I wanted to confirm that the strategy worked without FA. It does, and perhaps even with a higher success rate. The only difference between executing the strategy with and without FA is in the timing. When I played with FA, I waited until the disappearance of Natalya's "The Goldeneye is set to fire on London" message (or the equivalent in Japanese), waited another three seconds, and detonated the mines. Without FA, I found that it worked better to wait only one second after the disappearance of the message.
